Responsibilities: ·
Be an active member of the teaching and contribute to the overall leadership and management of the IELTS/PTE department.
· Develop and sustain appropriate management of all the modules of IELTS/PTE with proper training.
· Should concern students in respect of their teaching in classrooms.
· Should concern about the availability of content and other resources to the students.
· Should be innovative with refresh information and develop new programs in order to the progress of students.
· Should be responsible for in-house training sessions for best team growth.
· Should be responsible for the motivational sessions with students and teachers.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
· Presentation and Teaching Skills ·
· An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
· Candidate who can teach both General English and IELTS/PTE programs would be preferred.
Experience required for the job: 2 years and above as an IELTS/PTE Trainer.
Annual Salary of the Job: Decent hike on last drawn salary.
